In compliance with Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act requirements, the Southwest Virginia Workforce Development Board is currently soliciting proposals from qualified sources to conduct programs under Title I of the Act. There will be one RFP for Operator and one RFP for Adult, Dislocated Worker and Youth programs. Bidders may respond to the program RFP for Planning District 1, Planning District 2 or both Planning Districts.

Please note the SWVAWDB requires a Letter of Intent to Bid to ensure bidders receive any subsequent RFP guidance. Include applying entity’s name, RFP contact full name, address, phone number, and email address, and submit to by 5:00 p.m. EST on March 17, 2017.
